1.18 is glitchy

Sometimes i cant see entities and sometimes i cant see solid blocks. also it runs at 5 fps even tho i have a good computer and the fps is set to unlimited. If i try to take a screenshot it gets corrupted, i have tried reinstalling multiple times but nothing has worked.

For the entities, set graphics to fast/fancy. The rest is not Aristois related, it sounds like general mc performance or shader/sodium/optifine issues
