I have a problem with aristois update

Hello, my minecraft launcher is T-Launcher, i have a problem with aristois update, and also aristois same, when i just clicked on a simple cheat, that can see you where players log out, then my minecraft crashed, when i tryed to play aristois again, on 1.16.5 it didint work. i reseted the entire launcher updated it, and nothing when i try to play again aristois then i saw that communicat: aristois was unable to perform an auto update. i dont know how to fix it, when i click continue then it on, and "Saving world" and minecraft is closing. i dont know where to find "me" folder. Can someone help me with this? Please.
