    Ive restarted the installer around 3 times now..
    Any fix?

    i did both clean install and Forge

    @Dyiing Both Both Clean Install and Forge, 1.19.2 Vanilla.

    It also does the same thing if i just do Forge by itself

    Works on my end...

    You can try running in command prompt (java -jar) and see if an error comes up? Otherwise likely gitlab is blocked by your computer somehow (especially if no other versions work either)

    I dont know what im looking at.. Is there a possible way to bypass this by downloading EMC manually?

    or maybe my java version is outdated?

    You have to drag the file in after -jar
