Aristois conflict with MMC4 v31 Forge 47.3.29 1.20.1 and MMC

i cannot tell for sure which conflict is there but something is with lithium or quark while lithium isnt installed.

No, as mentioned on the page there are no plans to resolve conflicts. Sometimes they happen to fix themselves but it's very rare
