Aristois wont run

ive had this issue before but now i cant fix it ive done wants said in all the guides but no matter wat it wont run, java binary comes up with an error code and if i reinstall java itll boot up then instantly close, if i try to eun it thought the command console it says error: could not create the java virtual machine.
error: a fatal exception has occurred. program will exit.
