Update: I installed Not enough crashes and it says that EMC is causing the crashes -
@konamicodex Not enough crashes isn't really helpful, as it just cluttters the logs. If it works without optifine, then it's an issue with that + emc.

@dyiing No I deleted that one because, while it took unnatural long to crash, it did crash again

@konamicodex I can't really help with this issue because it's not consistent. It's caused by an entity within the server

Yeah it's super inconsistent. Although I have found a mp server where I can reproduce it, if you wanted to look into it. I don't think I have multiconnect installed
