@Dyiing hmm ive allocated 4 gigs . yes it does stutter . i cant find the reason why though. what files do i need to show u?

Enable the f3 menu and then when it freezes or becomes noticeably bad take a screenshot

Almost seems like a resource pack issue. Your RAM is still peaking
