1.20.1 forge kicked for flying

Playing on just a server with friends but I wanna explore around and such when they're not on and the easiest way to do that is with the flight option but I'm being kicked for flying even when adjusting the packets delay for the anti kick packets
This is just on a forge server with the create: perfect world modpack
I tried it even on a local server and same thing whether it be the flight module or even entityflight
This is on the donor version of Aristois

Minecraft servers have default flight detection. Easy workaround is to toggle it on/off every couple of seconds and try not flying upwards and straight too fast

@dyiing even with that toggling off and on it still seems to kick me, Im not even flying fast its mainly just to get across places in the nether to avoid lava and such
