how to run forge profile?

I used the aistois donor edition.
And I tried to install aristois forge 1.19.3.

I didn't know what forge profile is, so I installed forge 1.19.3 and ran it. It ran well, and then I tried to install aristois forge 1.19.3, but I got a note asking me to run the forge profile again (attached photo)
I don't know what to do now. Help!

You just launch the game via the Forge profile created by their installer. All our installer does is add EMC to your mods

Correct, it's a note telling you that Aristois does not install Forge, so you need to do that on your own
