Crash when running through a protal

Mc Version: 1.12.2
Donor VersionI can join on the Server and walk around the lobby but when I try to walk through a portal to go to a another world cb or formwold the client crashes with Exit Code 0
It is the same whether with or without optifine installed.
It worked on a day with random crashes when I teleport but since 2 day it's stoped working.

@traincutter From another post I made regarding a similar issue,
"Ticking entity is a strange error, caused by an entity in the world you're joining. It's most common on singleplayer, but I think it may be caused by bungeecord on multiplayer (meaning the server supports multiple mc versions). If this is the case, try joining with the latest version the server supports."
If it continues, please DM me the server IP so I can search into reproducing it
