Stripe does not support all types of prepaid cards. If they do not accept the card, there is nothing that we can do about this. Additionally, payment services may be blocked in countries such as Russia

If the card isn't working you could try a method such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, if you have the requirements.

Besides using a different method, there's not much that can be done unfortunately
