outdated fabric version

hi, im having an issue when trying to run fabric mods with aristois. when i put fabric mods in the EMC folder and launch the game, i get an incompatible modset error saying the mods requires version 0.14.7 or later but my current version is 0.13.3, is this problem on my end ? if its yes, how do i fix this ?

Yes, your files are outdated.
Delete .minecraft/libraries/me and libraries/net
