Donor edition installer only having the files of the jar file

When I try to download the new 1.19.1 version (not free, the donor version), I get the files like so below
(this was inside the zip file that was downloaded)
How do I get the new donor 1.19.1 from the installer

It is a jar, but you're trying to open it as a zip file. Only run it with java.

The only possible way it would do that is if you use Firefox, where there is a bug that converts jars to zips. Simply rename or use a different browser

Indeed, only occurs with GitLab files (and how they label jars), has been reported to their team
