when i install or try to install it i only get a setup file help please

when i got to the https://aristois.net/download website i download the download and then i get sent to http://magybu.net/rweasy/-1GVBF/11374213/https://aristois.net/ui-installer/free?rndad=1465690655-1659435433 when i try to do something there i get to this website https://fallbox.icu/525ba5cb2f8e773b then i press the download then i get a file called setup_18562 then i got thro the prosses and get to the download programs i decline becouase i dont want any offers then it says its downloading it and the it syays all done then i press open file then i see setup.exe when i open it i get sent to a website for a download for 7-zip i dowload it and thne i restart my pc and thne i dont know i need help please
