Can I use aristois on the RustEx server?

The server launches and lets me log in just fine, but the server has a specific texture pack and when I click the button in chat to verify that I have the resource pack, nothing happens. If I launch the version of the game the server runs without aristois there is no error. Any help would be appreciated!
