each time i delete the me , net , EMC files they come back when i launch aristois help pls?

and if i do nothing my minecraft will stay stuck on "loading world"

They are supposed to come back. If it's stuck loading the world, you may need to allocate more RAM. Otherwise, I won't be able to help much unless it fully crashes (in which send the crash log).
