Game starts up fine and I can join a server fine, however after less than a minute of being in the server and looking through the options, the game stalls and eventually goes (Not Responding) before crashing back to the launcher with error code: 0.

There's no crash in this log. However it sounds like you don't have enough RAM allocated to the game.
