Cape not showing

I changed my cape yesterday but i still can't see my cape. If it matters, i use multimc, deleted "/home/-/.local/share/multimc/instances/Aristois Instance/.minecraft/libraries/EMC/capes" (which got created at startup and is now empty) and i use optifine (idk if it matters but i have show capes on in video settings)

checked again the folder and there is my cape but it doesn't show it in game...

@raynesolorio Not sure if multiMC affects this issue

@raynesolorio iirc there are two places in the settings to turn capes on/off, the main one from mc and the one for optifine, make sure both are on.

looks like if the server is in offline mode the cape won't show...
