Aristois 1.18 doesnt work

This log has nothing in it. You will need to enable the output log in launcher settings and send that.
My guess is that you will need to reinstall Aristois anyways, and possibly delete the libraries "EMC", "net", and "me".

Do what I mentioned above, delete EMC, me, and net folders from Minecraft/libraries and then reinstall Aristois and try.
