Is there a command to kill a specific mob? (i have baritone)

I REALLY need to kill ghasts, so is there a command or even using baritone, to kill a mob or atleast fine the mob?

You can use @follow entity ghast and it would pathfind to any in range, but since they fly I don't know how well/safe that would be
