how to upgrade (using tlauncher)

hi, i have a problem, when i try to run aristois on version 1.16.5 it just says to upgrade aristois re-installing it, but when i try i dont know how to put that version downloaded on tlauncher.
can someone please help me?if someone can help me, but he needs a screen-mirroring i can dm him my discord.
