1.17 client not starting

I'm trying to set up a new Aristois instance for 1.17, and it's erroring about EMC requiring Java 16 despite me having Java 16 installed and set as the runtime.
Here's my log

@notnite Close the game and then delete the following folder:
MultiMC\libraries\me\deftware\subsystem
After it's deleted, restart the game.
