It won't let me install the Optifine in this case of version 1.16.5, how can I solve it?!

I believe that I helped you in the Guild? If that was another person however, you can resolve it by visiting https://optifine.net/adloadx?f=OptiFine_1.16.5_HD_U_G7.jar and then downloading the .JAR. Rename it to optifine.jar and then place it in your mods folder (.minecraft/mods/) and restart.
