If you have crashed from installing two addons that conflict, or for some reason your game crashes after adding an addon, you can manually delete it from the files without starting the game.

Aristois comes from the website as a .jar installer. You run that installer and follow the instructions, then it will create a new profile in the launcher. Run that profile and then it will load Aristois, and should have a screen that tells you what to do.
It's not really "fair" to compare vanilla to Aristois, because Aristois is running Fabric. Really, you should be checking if it occurs on fabricloader (0.13.3) vs aristois
Using unload does not make the game vanilla. It simply ejects Aristois.jar while continuing to run fabric and EMC
You must use a real Minecraft account, not a cracked account to connect. Cracked accounts cannot authenticate.
