If only EMC is loading without Aristois, there are a few things you can try based on your specific situation. If only EMC is loaded, you will have the vanilla main menu, but it will say EMC on it. Only a few commands will work in-game (.help will work, but .setbind will not).

If you are using MultiMC
Make sure that you did not install fabric to the instance that Aristois is on. If you have done this, it will overwrite Aristois from loading. To fix, make a new instance, and do not install fabric to it.

If you're on regular launcher, regular install
Navigate to your .minecraft folder, then go into libraries.
1. Delete the EMC folder.
2. Delete the net folder.
3. Delete the me folder.

After deleting these folders from libraries, restart the game and see if it is fixed. If you still have issues, please contact staff with your log file.
