Singleplayer Villager Bug

singleplayer 1.20.4

villagers in spawn chunks wont update the stage of the day cycle theyre in -getting out of bed, mingling, working etc. unless i physically walk up to them (roughly 16-32 blocks distance).

if im away 100ish blocks, i use free cam to see whats going on, and theyll just stay in bed for the entire day.

i come back to base at midnight and theyre still outside, and once i get close, they all pathfind to their beds.

im fairly certain this isnt important... but this only happens to adult villagers, baby villagers operate normally.

i shouldve added this, but this issue doesnt happen in vanilla. only when using aristios. the mods i have installed include baritone, optifine, and fabric. no custom mods, no datapacks. i do have a shader i use.

another key detail, im running the donor version. not sure if this bug persists with the regular version.

top right shows 12:58pm villagers still in bed. as soon as i get within 32 blocks, they begin to move.
