The IRC (internet relay chat) is a global chat that allows all Aristois users to connect and talk with each other. It works no matter what server you are on, and cannot be seen by people without Aristois. (It will not show up in personal or server logs either)

      Can I disable it?

      - Yes. Use the command .t irc-mute to temporarily disable it, or .irc disconnect to leave until you restart the game.

      How do I reconnect?

      - If you used .t irc-mute, just type the same command again. If you used .irc disconnect, you need to restart your Minecraft game to reconnect.

How can I talk in it?

      - The default prefix to talk in the IRC is #. To send a message, first you must agree to the .rules. Then, put a # before your message to talk. (Example. # hello!)

      Can I change the #?

      - Yes. Use the command .irc set "".

Why is my name cut off?

      - Your name is censored to protect your identity. It makes it less possible that staff of a server can simply enter the IRC and start mass-banning users they see. It's not recommended to say your full username in the IRC.

      Can I DM people?

      - Yes. Use the command #>>Username. (Example: #>>Dyi^^^^^ hi!)

      Can I join externally?

      - No. You may only join within Minecraft.
