AimAssist hold to trigger key not working as described

Hello hello,
The AimAssist module is working on itself how it is supposed to be.
AimAssist is enabled and I assigned the key for holding the key to trigger it.

Problem is, that if I press "Z" once, it stays triggered until the target is lost. Releasing the button does nothing as well as pressing it again.

What I understood about this feature, that it stays locked on the target until I release the key or focus is lost, but it well then regain it because "Z" is still hold.
