No Ghost Blocks

When building on a particular anarchy server (anarchadia.org) I'm having issues with ghost blocks when using timer to any degree.
More specifically, when placing blocks at speed, some will later disappear as if there has been a packet timeout or ping issue, despite me having a 4ms ping and 2ms jitter.

I've looked into ping issues and a host of other issues.

Other players that are using clients that make use of the "no ghost blocks" feature do not have the same issue.

I was wondering if this feature is present under another name - or if not, can it be implemented at some stage.
