"sent too many packets"

plz help me whenever i take any damage or heal then it kicks me and if i try to rejoin it says "sent too many packets" i tried fixing it but even when i dont have ANY hacks on it still happens and it makes me unable to join for a long time like yesterday i took a few hearts of damage and still if i try to join that server then i get instakicked for "sending too many packets" plz help me how do i fix this
