After some not so careful changes to my multimc, I was able to update the fabric loader by deleting everything in the multimc library

I'm on MultiMC on Mac, and I keep running into the error of fabric loader being outdated, even though in the official launcher it works perfectly fine, is there any way to fix this? What files work with fabric loader?

I've been trying to install Aristois with multimc for sometime now, and haven't had much luck with it. I know its not possible to be done automatically, but I've heard there is at lease a way to do it manually. Can I get some help with this?

Currently I'm trying to get Aristois for 1.18.2
