does it work with mod packs that use fabric cause i have a modpack on the curseforge app but it uses fabric is this why i can use the client

@dyiing how do i find the profile cause after i install aristois nothing shows up in forge im on 1.20.1 btw

Ive used this beforer awhile back im trying to use it with mods on a server but it has changed since i last used it. when i download with forge it says it will not create a profiule for forge installations install forge seperatly then run forge profile i dont understand im retarded can someone help
