**How to make a Support Post**
Before you make a post in support please take your time to read here and follow it all.
- Check FAQ first before asking
- make sure your post is clear and understandable so it's easier for staff to help your issue
- Please let us know what is game version, type of launcher you are using, and additional addons or mods that are outside aristois marketplace
- Please provide a screenshot of the issue ( ShareX tool is very useful )
- Please provide your latest crash log, attach the file named latest.log ( located on .minecraft/logs )
- Stick to one post and wait patiently for a staff member to help
