everithing was normal yestarday when i played minecraft,today i opened up aristois and instead of words, the words were replaced with some strange character,when i entered a server it only shoved a black-purple texture how do i fix that?

This is not Aristois-related at all. Most likely a problem with your assets, a resource pack, or something else.
