I set NightVision On in last version, then leave Minecraft for some time. Now I cant disable this function and it is permanent in all Lanchers (Milk, night vision poition + milk didn't work). This not critically bad, but what if I want to remover this?

It's a known bug. To fix, just set your Minecraft brightness to moody and restart
